🚲 Mechanical bike : If you are in swabi station and have pressed the lock's latch and successfully secured the bike, but the ride is still running in the app, you can contact support for further assistance.
⚡️ Electric-assistance bike : if you are in swabi station and click on "End my trip" button in the app, you can refresh the app. If the ride is still running in the app, you can contact support for further assistance.
If support is not available, follow these steps:
To do this, click on the "❔" icon at the top of your screen, then on "REQUEST THE END OF MY TRIP". Complete the request form by confirming the following:
➡️ You cannot finish your trip, despite several attempts
➡️ You parked the bike at station
➡️ You have read the end of emergency trip conditions listed in this article and accept them
Once the form has been completed, and the photo of the bike has been sent, we will get back to you as soon as possible, and will proceed with the regularization of your trip.
💰 Note: Your trip will only be billed after your request has been studied by customer service within 24 hours. Customer service reserves the right to apply a penalty if the conditions for the end of the emergency trip are not respected.
